Job description
D&W Diesel, Inc. is looking to hire an experienced Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative for our Cleveland, OH location.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle a moderate volume of inbound calls related to heavy duty parts
- Work to establish business relationships with customers
- Access information on our products and stay up to date on product and industry changes
- Aid sales representatives with research of products, pricing, availability, and applications
- Handle and process incoming and outgoing of parts and product
- Assist with all shipping and receiving of product for the branch
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer support role with strong communication skills
- Experience with heavy duty parts or tank truck equipment is a big plus
- Must have a technical aptitude with an ability to learn new things
- Must be detailed orientated and have strong organizations skills
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position / life 70 pounds

Compensation Range: $ $26.00
