    Job Summary:

    The Haul Truck Driver is a crucial role at Peckham Industries, responsible for safely transporting materials within the quarry site. This position requires excellent driving skills, a strong safety focus, and efficient operation of heavy machinery.



    Essential Functions:
    • Safety always wins: Drive and operate haul trucks to transport materials within the quarry site while ensuring safety compliance.
    • Committed to serve: Load materials into trucks securely and prevent spillage during transportation.
    • Dedication: Familiarize with quarry layout for efficient material transportation.
    • Obligated: Conduct checks on haul trucks for proper functioning and report any issues promptly.
    • Protect family and friends: Adhere to safety protocols, wear PPE, follow speed limits, and maintain safe distances.
    • Respect and engage: Maintain clear communication with team members for smooth operations.
    • Ownership and caring: Assist in maintenance tasks to keep trucks in optimal condition.
    • Integrity: Follow environmental regulations to minimize impacts within the quarry site.

    Requirements, Education and Experience:
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
    • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a quarry or construction environment.
    • Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
    • Knowledge of safety regulations for haul truck operations.
    • Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
    • Physical strength and stamina for various tasks.
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
    • Authorized to work in the U.S.
