Data Analyst (Scottsdale, Maricopa AZ): Analyze Users journey and behavior to extract actionable insights and drive marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, visibility and customer performance using Google Analytics and Google Ads.

Develop and manage (A/B) test strategy across email and other marketing channels to ensure our ads reach our targeted audience.

Create interactive dashboards to deliver regular data analysis and reporting to key stakeholders.

Gather data from disparate sources such as CRM, POS system and Web Analytics and transfer it into a centralized framework to optimize data pipeline and workflow, maximize efficiency, accuracy and insight generation.

Design, test, implement and maintain marketing strategies to improve customers click through rate and average session time across the platform.
