Join an established OD/MD practice focused on exceptional patient care in Vienna, Virginia This collegial office is rapidly growing and has the ability for you to be busy day 1
DETAILS

• This practice has 3 Ophthalmologists + 1 Optometrist and is rapidly growing
• Full support team including Technicians and Scribes
• 4 days a week of office
• 25-30 patients a day on office days
• 1 day a week of surgery
• Annual Cataract volumes:
• Surgeries are performed onsite in the ASC
• 1 in 6 call schedule
• Updated technology

Requirements:

• Our next doctor must do surgery
• On surgery days see 10 patients per day

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

• Opportunity to make up to $600,000 annually
• $350,000 or 33% of Net Collections
• Great benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance
• 4 weeks PTO
• $3,000 a year for CE
• 401k
• Sign-on Bonus ( $70,000 total, $20,000 paid out and $50,000 in equity)
