Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in civil litigation (preferred)
• College degree and/or Paralegal certification (preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Excellent organization and detail-oriented skills
• Ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision
• High motivation

Experience:

• Assisting attorneys with trial preparation, hearings, depositions, and legal document drafting
• Conducting case analysis and meeting deadlines
• E-filing with State and Federal courts
• Summarizing medical and billing records
• Summarizing depositions and managing cases from start to finish
