- 2-5 years of experience in civil litigation (preferred)
- College degree and/or Paralegal certification (preferred)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent organization and detail-oriented skills
- Ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision
- High motivation
- Assisting attorneys with trial preparation, hearings, depositions, and legal document drafting
- Conducting case analysis and meeting deadlines
- E-filing with State and Federal courts
- Summarizing medical and billing records
- Summarizing depositions and managing cases from start to finish
