    Join our client, a leading aerospace company, as a Project Manager responsible for overseeing capital equipment projects in the aircraft industry.

    This dynamic role involves managing diverse projects from design to installation, including mold tooling, assembly jigs, automation, and full assembly line design for major aircraft OEMs and suppliers.


    Responsibilities:

    Performance, Cost & Schedule Management:
    Ensure projects meet performance, cost, and schedule targets, collaborating with internal teams to address customer requests or changes

    Customer Relationships :
    Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and proactive engagement at all levels

    Risk and Opportunities :
    Identify and communicate project risks and opportunities, working with teams to develop strategies for mitigating risks and maximizing opportunities

    Change Control :
    Manage scope changes by collaborating with team members, preparing change requests, and negotiating with customers to ensure project profitability

    Leadership :
    Lead project teams to achieve program goals, foster communication, motivation, and teamwork within the organization

    Qualifications :
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business with Project Management focus.
    Minimum 5 years of experience in Program/Project Management.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools.
    Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
    Ability to read blueprints/CAD models and understand GD&T principles.
