We are seeking a Full-time Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Busciglio Smiles, a leading dental practice in Plant City, FL.

This dynamic position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $20-$25 based on experience, along with a bonus structure and great benefits including 401(k) with match, paid holidays, and PTO.

A Day in the Life:

As an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, you will welcome new patients and guide them through treatment options, transforming complex orthodontic information into accessible insights.

You will serve as the linchpin between patients and orthodontic solutions, orchestrating seamless treatment journeys and weaving smiles and confidence, one appointment at a time.

Requirements:

1+ years as an orthodontic treatment coordinator
Preferred: Orthodontic experience
