    Adecco is partnering with a Luxury Apparel Brand, seeking a
    Sr Accounant.

    Primary Scope:

    • Understand the transaction flow of digital and Omni orders
    • Ecommerce sales audit
    • Test/validation of sales audit dashboard
    • Identify issues with financial postings and partner with IT for resolution
    • Respond to Customer Service tickets

    Anticipated Work Hours - 40 hours per week EST with some possible over time to meet deadlines
    Perform various monthly financial close activities including posting journal entries and preparing account reconciliations to drive the closing process and ensuring deadlines are met

    • Research and resolve account variances and discrepancies in a timely manner
    • Provide non-routine support to internal partners such as FP&A and Customer Service
    • Monitor activities of various functional areas to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, GAAP, SOX, and industry "best practices"
    • Perform tender clearing reconciliations and analysis
    • Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis for management and cross functional teams
    • Manage and review both internal and external audit requests
    • Learn process flow of all transactions in order to be able to get into the detail when issues need to be researched
    • Work closing with business partners to understand new initiatives and any accounting or control impact
    • Develop and implement process improvements by analyzing current accounting procedures and recommending changes

    The accomplished individual will possess...

    • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel
    • ERP software experience (SAP software experience preferred)
    • Journal entry, reconciliations, and financial reporting experience
    • Knowledge of GAAP accounting and SOX controls
    • Experience using Blackline software for reconciliations is a plus
    • Experience with ReconNet a plus

    An outstanding professional will have...

    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting
    • CPA or CPA candidate
    • 3 years accounting experience

    Pay Details: $45.00 to $50.00 per hour
