    Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, mission oriented Storage Engineer/Administrator III , in theAlbany, GA area to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.

    The Storage Engineer/Administrator III leads a team responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data storage systems to ensure the efficient and reliable storage of data, including both structured and unstructured data Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Conducts monitoring and optimization of the performance of storage systems to ensure efficient data access and retrieval. Implements data protection mechanisms to ensure data availability and integrity including defining backup policies, scheduling backups, and conducting regular data recovery tests. Assesses storage capacity requirements based on data growth projections and needs. Experience/Education 9 years+ related experience required
    • A candidate holding a relevant Master's degree may be granted 2 years' experience credit for that extra education. A candidate holding a relevant PhD degree may be granted 4 years' experience credit for that extra education.

    Clearance:

    • Top Secret required Certifications:
    • DoD m IAT Level II Cer tification

    Physical Requirements:

    • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
    • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
    • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
    • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. The projected compensation range for this position is $107,600-$180,100. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it's employees beyond just compensation.
