    Job Duties:

    • Promote patient autonomy through education on self-dialysis techniques with machines and home-based care strategies, fostering independence and improving quality of life.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans regularly, making data- driven adjustments to optimize patient outcomes in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
    • Increase patient safety by adhering to strict infection control protocols throughout the entire dialysis process.
    • Educate patients and their care partners on kidney disease management, empowering them to make informed decisions about their health care.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care for all patients undergoing dialysis

    Job Requirements:

    • 1 year of Dialysis Experience as a Registered Nurse.
    • Registered Nurse License of Virginia.
    • BLS Certification.

    Schedule:

    • Day Shift
    • 06:00-15:00
    • Monday to Friday
    • 08 Hours Shift
