    Job Description

    As a Receiving Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing store backroom operations, receiving products into the POS system, keeping products organized and accounted for, and helping process weekly pallets.

    You'll also be in charge of processing damaged or defective products back to the Fulfillment Center and reporting these items to the Inventory Control Team.

    Additionally, you'll work closely with the management team to ensure adequate product levels, proper merchandise maintenance, and attractive display with proper signage and shelf placement.

    Qualifications

    • Previous retail, inventory management, customer service, or sales experience.
    • Ability to work a retail schedule, including occasional nights/evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    • Strong computer acumen, writing, and math ability for inventory management and cash control.
    • Self-starter mentality with attention to detail.
    • Open-minded with a willingness to learn and join the riding community.
    • Experience with computers and POS systems (particularly RetailPro).
    • Motorcycle riding, knowledge, or interest (a plus).
