This position supports Providence's mission of providing high-quality care by overseeing quality improvement initiatives in hospitals. As Manager of Quality Improvement, you will work closely with hospital leaders to develop strategies for improving patient outcomes.Qualifications
- Training in change management, team dynamics, and facilitation.
- Coursework/Training in performance improvement tools and techniques.
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
