ASSISTANT PROJECT MANGER
As an Assistant project manager with Amtech Solutions, Inc.

you will be become a well-rounded building envelope consultant with all of the tools at hand to become an expert in the building envelope field.

You will learn the ins and outs of building envelope construction methods and materials.

You will gain invaluable experience as you will be involved in every aspect of buildings lifecycle from conception to demolition.

You will gain invaluable technical skills and sharpen your project management skills.

You will be part of our high performing corpus Christi office and assist with providing high quality solutions to complex construction problems.

The responsibilities that accompany the position of an Assistant Project Manager will primarily include, but not necessarily be limited to:

• Supporting Amtech's Project managers as required.
• Managing construction inspections and field reporting efforts.
• Reviewing contractor pay applications.
• Attending construction meetings.
• Preparing punch-list and close out inspection reports.
• Managing and/or supporting contract administration and construction monitoring efforts.
• Performing and managing various non-destruction roof testing procedures, i.e. thermographic inspections, electronic vector mapping, etc.
• Reviewing submittals.
• Managing various phases of ongoing projects.
• Supporting and providing design input to Amtech's Architects and Engineers on an as-needed basis.
• Supporting Amtech's other offices on an as-needed basis.
• Pursuing professional registration and licensure beneficial to Amtech Solutions, Inc.
• Traveling as necessary to perform the functions of an Assistant Project Manager, as outlined above.

Prefer to have and EIT or Architect in training or someone who is pursuing these credentials. But this is not necessary.
