- Design and instruct Group Fitness classes that are motivating, fun, and inclusive to participants of all fitness levels
- Ensure the safety of all class participants
- Maintain professional appearance and proper fitness attire
- Record class attendance and submit to the Group Fitness Manager after each class
- Current Group Fitness certification from ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NASM, or NSCA
- APR/AED certification
