Description
As part of Institutional Banking, the Investor Services team provides telephone support to mutual fund shareholders, prospective shareholders and the public. These calls can range from trade details, distributions, tax forms, purchases and redemptions with the goal of placing trades.
As an Investor Services Rep, you will supportshareholdersby resolving their issues in a pleasant manner. Ask open ended questionsto determine the root cause and provide solutions. As your knowledge increases, you will beginworking with alternative investmentswith opportunities to move into a Team Lead.

Minimum: $29, Maximum: $68,330.00The posted compensation range on this listing represents UMB's standard for this role, but the actual compensation may vary by geographic location, experience level, and other job-related factors.
