We are seeking a Director of Operations to lead and drive operational excellence across all aspects of our logistics services.

    Position Overview

    The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations, optimizing supply chain processes, managing vendor and partner relationships, and ensuring strategic growth. This leadership role demands a results-driven professional with a strong background in logistics, technology, transportation, and supply chain optimization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and service quality.
    2. Oversee transportation, pricing and distribution processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
    3. Lead and mentor operations teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
    4. Optimize cost management while maintaining high service standards.
    5. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve operational effectiveness.
    6. Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams, to streamline supply chain solutions.
    7. Implement technological advancements to improve logistics and operational workflows.
    8. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    1. Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
    2. Minimum [8] years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation management.
    3. Proven track record in operational leadership, process optimization, and strategic planning.
    4. Expertise in logistics software and industry technologies.
    5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    6. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
    7. Strong working knowledge of industry technology platforms and systems.
    8. Strong carrier relationship network is a plus.
