    Job Title:

    Behavior Technician (BT)

    We are seeking compassionate and dynamic Behavior Therapists to join our team. At Kaleidoscope ABA, we value innovation, creativity, and the power of applied behavior analysis therapy for children with autism.

    About the Position:

    We are looking for Autism Support Specialists, Behavioral Therapists (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT will work one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans. These plans address the child's needs for behavioral management, daily living, social, and community skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Work independently as well as in a team environment
    • Meet the rigorous demands of the job, including long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, lifting, bending, kneeling, crouching, and crawling
    • Engage with children on the floor or standing for long periods

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED
    • Minimum of one (1) year of experience with children that have disabilities
    • 6 Months of ABA Experience (preferred)

    Location:

    Center-based opportunities throughout NJ, PA, DE, MA, VA, CT, and AZ. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
