Resumen del Puesto:
Buscamos un/a Especialista de Soporte de Inventarios altamente organizado/a y orientado/a al detalle, que se desempeñe bien en un entorno de ritmo acelerado y pueda trabajar de manera independiente con supervisión mínima. Esta persona debe demostrar buen criterio para la toma de decisiones, una gestión eficaz del tiempo y sólidas habilidades de comunicación, tanto verbales como escritas.
Responsabilidades Principales:
- Realizar conteos cíclicos diarios y auditorías de inventario programadas
- Investigar y conciliar discrepancias de inventario mediante la evaluación de variaciones con respecto a los registros del sistema
- Realizar análisis de causa raíz para prevenir problemas recurrentes
- Brindar orientación y capacitación a los miembros del equipo sobre prácticas y procedimientos adecuados de control de inventarios
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las GMP (Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura), normas de higiene personal, HACCP y todas las regulaciones de calidad y seguridad aplicables
- Completar tareas ad hoc relacionadas con inventarios según se asignen
Habilidades y Requisitos:
- Dominio de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel y Word
- Conocimientos generales de computación, con facilidad para usar sistemas de inventario y realizar entrada de datos
- De 1 a 3 años de experiencia en conteos cíclicos, almacenamiento o manejo de materiales en entornos de manufactura o distribución
- Sólidas habilidades matemáticas y analíticas
- Certificación de montacargas preferida (se requiere obtener la certificación en caso de ser contratado/a)
- Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 lb (aprox. 23 kg) de manera ocasional
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, organización y gestión del tiempo
- Persona automotivada y orientada a objetivos, con gran atención al detalle
- Capacidad para trabajar bien en equipo
Lunes - Viernes 10:00 pm -6:00 am
