Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Paramedic at AAA Ambulance Service. The Paramedic will be responsible for the delivery of patient care to the acutely ill patient in pre-hospital and interfacility transport situations. The Paramedic will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver prompt and effective care to patients in need.

Qualifications

• Nationally registered as a Paramedic through NREMT
• Mississippi Paramedic certification
• Current HPBLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of advanced life support techniques
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Physical fitness and ability to lift onto a stretcher and then carry, with assistance of a partner, a person weighing not less than 225 pounds
