• Perform surgical procedures on animals
• Administer vaccinations and medications
• Provide guidance and education to pet owners on animal health and wellness
• Collaborate with veterinary technicians and other staff members to provide comprehensive care

for animals

• Maintain accurate medical records for all patients

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited veterinary school

• Valid state license to practice veterinary medicine
• Strong knowledge of animal anatomy, physiology, and diseases
• Effective communication skills to interact with pet owners and staff members
• Compassion and empathy towards animals and their owners
• Note: Experience in dog training, practice management, or pet grooming is a plus but not
