    Job Title – ECommerce Specialist

    Reports to: Director ECommerce, Americas (Columbus Trading Partners, North America)

    Location: Downtown Boston, MA (On Site)

    General Responsibilities:

    The E-Commerce Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and success of the online business through managing and reporting on various strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include driving new projects for website and content optimization, utilizing market research to identify opportunities, and collaborating with internal and external partners. This role plays a crucial role in shaping the digital strategy, fostering innovation, and contributing to the overall success of the e-commerce business.

    E-Commerce Specialist, North America Accountabilities
    • Drive new projects and initiatives to support further development and optimization of the CYBEX website; examples include but not limited to- new online features, CRM initiatives, Go to market planning, etc. Develop roadmaps, coordinate with relevant teams, and provide necessary reports and updates.
    • Use market research to monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
    • Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to make informed decisions, measure the success of initiatives, and identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with external vendors and internal content team to drive consistent flow of localized content via website, emails etc.
    • Test and implement initiatives in collaboration with the content and development team to showcase featured products and promotions effectively.
    • Coordinate with the marketing and merchandising teams to optimize product listings, ensuring accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.
    • Implement mechanisms to gather and integrate customer feedback into the development process, ensuring that the website and initiatives align with customer preferences and expectations.
    • Drive membership growth and implement initiatives to improve customer retention and loyalty.
    • Evaluate and recommend CRM initiatives relevant to the US market to improve customer relationship management.
    • Collaborate with the front-end team to support website enhancements and improvements.
    Required Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field:
    • Master's Degree (preferred)
    • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management / business development, digital marketing, or a related field, demonstrating a track record of successful project management and driving strategic initiatives.
    • Other certifications (preferred)
      • Digital Marketing and E-Commerce:
      • Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
    Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
    • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, website management, and digital marketing strategies.
    • A good understanding of the e-commerce industry, market trends, and consumer behavior.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and mind-set and strategic thinking to identify opportunities, analyze data, and recommend effective solutions. Experience with Salesforce in the field of Direct-to-Consumer a plus
    • Ability to develop clear action plans and drive processes with numerous interdependencies
    • Proficient in Microsoft Applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and Asana or similar project management software a plus
    • Strong organizational and planning skills required
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
    • Results driven and customer focused
    • Open to work in an ambitious startup environment (hands-on)
