We are looking for a Mitigation Manager who is a highly experienced mitigation professional with exceptional management skills and a passion for teaching and mentoring others.

The Mitigation Division Manager is responsible for the oversight of restoration projects by coordinating the field activities of technicians and field supervisors and managing the lifecycle of jobs.

The Mitigation Division Manager will exceed established standards of production performance and customer service expectations through continuous process improvement, training, and development of the production team.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Effectively train production staff to meet or exceed division targets for quality ratings, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Maintain sufficient production capacity through staffing, equipping, and supplying the division
Assist in interviewing, hiring, training, and discharging Service Technicians
Coordinate/Assist Project Managers with scheduling of technicians, laborers and subcontractors
Prepare job contracts and work with Estimators to write, review and oversee job estimates
Schedule jobs and maintain project efficiency
Monitor production efficiencies and review job costing on completed work
Maintain the timely and accurate flow of production reporting from field operations to administration
Perform production work as needed
Communicate with customers and conduct in-home inspections as needed

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED, plus 5 years of experience in the restoration industry
Advanced technical skills, experience and/or certification in Mitigation
IICRC Certifications preferred (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT or more)
Xactimate experience is a plus
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with computer software, including MS Word and Excel
Team leader or supervisory responsibility experience required
Experience in managing business operations and budgets
Must be willing to undergo and pass a background check and drug screening
Must have a clean driving record/license

Compensation and Benefits:
$75,000 to $85,000 base salary based on experience
