    Description

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    Ideal candidate will possess a minimum 5years of experience preparing AutoCAD existing conditions and survey drawings in AutoCAD Civil 3D 2016. A strong understanding of Civil 3D is required. Knowledge and use of Microstation and InRoads is a plus. The candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills that will enable them to communicate with field crews as well as engineering design staff.

    PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Develop 2D and 3D AutoCAD Civil 3D 2016 existing conditions and survey plans.
  • Work with manager and field crews to generate plans.
  • Manage drawing sets.
  • Assist with development of as-built drawings by performing field measurements.
  • Work includes updates and corrections to drawings.

    • KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:

  • Experienced in AutoCAD Civil 3D 2016.
  • Knowledge of Microstation and InRoads is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Capable of multitasking.

    • EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or equivalent.

    CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES REQUIRED N/A

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works in the field and may be exposed to outside weather conditions. Work requires frequent and prolonged computer use. May occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
