Job DescriptionNature & ScopeYour Piece of the Puzzle Imagine Staffing is recruiting for a Customer Engagement Specialist on behalf of our client, a leading marketing and advertising company. This is a contract role offering competitive pay of $19-20/hour, and a dynamic work culture Primary Functions & ResponsibilitiesTasks That Will Lead You to Success

• Complete calls with customers by asking a series of survey questions and recording the results.
• Level I Communicators will primarily work on lead qualification, customer service follow-up, market research and lead generation projects that do not require advanced technical skills or sales ability.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and verbal / written communication skills
• Prior outbound call experience not necessary
• High School Diploma or GED
• Outgoing personality

Job Specifications & Details

• Private and quiet cubicle space
• Relaxed dress code
• Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm schedule
