Our client is seeking a talented and driven Debt Finance attorney to join their leading AmLaw 10 firm in its Los Angeles office.

Our client's market-leading Debt Finance Practice group is recognised by Chambers & Partners for its outstanding work and excellence in client service. The firm has the largest dedicated group of Debt Finance practitioners in the marketplace, with an exceptional commercial understanding of the US and international financing markets.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of significant experience in corporate finance, securities regulation and corporate governance. You will advise public and private companies, investment banks and private equity firms on a multitude of legal matters, including leveraged buyouts, debt and equity offerings, initial public offerings, mergers & acquisitions, special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs), cross-border transactions, securities law issues and stock exchange requirements.

Annual salary range: $225,000 – $345,000
