    Our Perfect Candidate:


    The successful Mechanical Engineering candidate will have experience with production, project, & maintenance engineering in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

    Chemaid is searching for an engineer who can handle responsibility without a lot of supervision to work with maintenance, engineering, and production teams.

    ME degree and electrical knowledge a plus but not required, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in machine design.


    Responsibilities:
    Evaluates mechanical and electromechanical systems and products. by designing and applying principles of mechanics, and materials.
    Demonstrated proficiency in Auto-Cad.
    Ability to understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
    Experience in process control and automation.
    Develops mechanical and electromechanical products.
    Takes project from design concept, creates engineering drawings and manages project through manufacturing, assembly and testing.

    Assures system and product quality by designing testing methods; testing finished- product and system capabilities; confirming fabrication, assembly, and installation processes.

    Prepares product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
    Provides engineering information by answering questions and requests.
    Maintains product and company reputation by complying with government regulations.
    Completes projects by training and guiding technicians.
    Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
    BS Degree in Mechanical Engineer or similar.
    Minimum 2-4 years of industry or related experience.
    Must have Auto CAD Experience.
    Proficient in standard software applications including MS Office, project management software and web-based meetings/communication software.

    Ability to effectively understand written and oral instructions and communicate both orally and in writing to others to include reporting research results and analysis of information.

    Ability to work with a team and communicate well with co-workers and customers, including situations where work is fast-paced and deadline-oriented.

    Excellent organization skills with attention to detail.
    Machine level troubleshooting and debugging.
    Equipment Maintenance experience, Conceptual Skills, Quality Focus, Control Engineering.
