    Job Description:
    • PURPOSE OF JOB : This position assumes to support the design, implementation and support of the help desk software; analyzing data collected in the help desk application and making recommendations to improve our end users experience with Information systems/technology. Remote work available per hospital policy.
    • ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
    1. 20% Support designing, implementing, supporting and documenting Help Desk information systems and technology.

    2. 10 % Support ongoing analysis of help desk data and makes recommendations to reduce recurrent help desk calls.

    3. 10% Conducts ongoing customer follow up for open/closed help desk calls

    4. 10% Participate in training of help desk support team for new systems and hardware.
    • 10% Support the ongoing development and maintenance of a departmental knowledge data base.
    • 40% Support the majority of entry level Help Desk tickets
    • On call per the needs of the Department
    Job Qualifications:
    QUALIFICATIONS :
    • Education: Associates Degree Business or Information Systems, Bachelors preferred; Consideration will be given to those holding industry specific certification.
    • Experience: Previous corporate experience providing desk top support and user training
    • Other Skills: excellent verbal and written communication; strong customer service orientation; ability to multi task; valid drivers license
