- PURPOSE OF JOB : This position assumes to support the design, implementation and support of the help desk software; analyzing data collected in the help desk application and making recommendations to improve our end users experience with Information systems/technology. Remote work available per hospital policy.
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- 10% Support the ongoing development and maintenance of a departmental knowledge data base.
- 40% Support the majority of entry level Help Desk tickets
- On call per the needs of the Department
- Education: Associates Degree Business or Information Systems, Bachelors preferred; Consideration will be given to those holding industry specific certification.
- Experience: Previous corporate experience providing desk top support and user training
- Other Skills: excellent verbal and written communication; strong customer service orientation; ability to multi task; valid drivers license
- Valid Drivers License
