    Overview:

    The BilingualCustomer Service Representative will assist patients with picking up and checking out their medications.

    This is a part-time position located in Rock Hill, SC (455 Lakeshore Pkwy - Affinity Health Center) and the work schedule is: Mon. to Thur. 3-7pm and Fri. Noon-5pm (or similar hours).

    Great work-life balance Approximately 20 hours per week.

    About the Role:.

    • Operate the cash register and balance the drawer accurately
    • Accept prescription orders and evaluate information for completeness and accuracy
    • Coordinate and track daily deliveries
    • Ensure daily deposits are properly carried out in a timely way
    • Assist with the pharmacy walk-up window
    • Maintain a positive, professional, and caring attitude toward customers at all times
    • Provide excellent customer service by acknowledging, assisting, and showing compassion toward all patients
    • Communicate effectively and courteously with all Pharmacy Team members
    • Multitask calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Maintain a neat and organized workstation
    • Perform other related duties as assigned
    • Perform in accordance with company policies and standards
    • Embrace and perform in the spirit of the companys core values and goals

    About You:

    • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); Associate's degree or higher preferred, especially in a related healthcare field
    • Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Must be Bilingual in Spanish
    • Strong typing and data-entry skills
    • Cashiering and Customer Service experience a plus
    • Must have a reliable mode of transportation to get to and from our Rock Hill, SC pharmacy on a regular daily basis
    • Must be energetic and flexible and have a positive, helpful attitude both in-person and on the phone
