    Position Description

    McKesson's Private Label team is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner, Commercial, which is a new role that will be the finance lead for driving analysis, insight and partnership to VP, Gx Private Label Commercialization and their team.

    This position demands an individual with a strong financial acumen who can demonstrate strong business partnering skills.
    Key Responsibilities
    Finance lead and business partner for all aspects of Net Revenue including ASP erosion, returns, CMS, and customer rebates
    Provision and presentation of detailed segment, customer and product reporting providing key insights on trends that support key Commercialization decisions
    Provision of insight and analysis into Net Asp erosion working with SFBP Product and Private Label analytics team to enhance Net erosion reporting
    Drive, track and report on key commercial initiatives and projects
    Identify and evaluate trends to establish and highlight risks and opportunities
    Through strong collaboration with Commercialization team provide key inputs and insights into the monthly reporting and budget and forecasting cycles
    Leverage technology and best practices to drive overall process improvements and efficiencies
    Other duties as required
    Minimum Requirements
    6-8 years of FP&A, Financial Reporting, Pricing, or Accounting-related experience
    Bachelors Degree in Finance or related field
    Financial modeling and P&L experience
    Critical Skills
    Strong understanding of Accounting fundamentals
    Experienced in financial analysis
    Highly motivated self-starter, ability to initiate and manage projects with minimal supervision
    Strong Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills
    Demonstrated ability to partner with Senior Leaders providing insight and challenge
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    Ability to organize, manage, and prioritize multiple deliverables with a high attention to detail
    Ability to perform and deliver quality results within a highly matrixed environment
    Additional Knowledge & Skills
    Healthcare or pharmaceutical experience
    Experience working with SAP, Tableau, PowerBI, and/or SQL databases
    Minimum Requirements

    • 6+ years finance or accounting experience
    Education
    University degree and finance qualifications

    As part of Total Rewards, we are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
    Our Base Pay Range for this position $96,900 - $161,500
