Evaluates clinical performance based on organizational priorities,Evaluates service practices identifies opportunities to improve patient experience takes appropriate actions that result in increased satisfaction Facilitates a collaborative work environment takes action to build develop a motivated team capable of meeting performance goals through on-boarding orientation initial qualification ongoing staff development Monitors department productivity efficiency identifies areas of improvement recommends/implements actions plans Collaborates with health system EMS agencies community identifies opportunities for improving access to care reputation relationships increase average daily volume
