    Job Description

    Pay Range: $17-20 per hour

    Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm or 8 am-5 pm

    Experience Needed: Refrigeration or HVAC industry

    As a counter salesperson, your main task will be assisting customers at the sales counter. This includes greeting them, helping them find the parts they need, and processing orders or invoices on the computer. Additionally, you will be responsible for suggesting other necessary items for their project and assisting with loading their truck after purchase.

    Answering incoming calls from customers, providing product quotes, and managing orders will also be part of your role.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Assisting customers in-store
    • Handling incoming calls
    • Stocking inventory
    • Loading and unloading trucks
    • Providing job quotes

    This position involves standing for the majority of the time and lifting boxes weighing up to 75 pounds. You will also operate a forklift for various tasks.

    Strong computer skills are essential as a significant part of the job involves using company email and systems.
