- Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy: Design and execute a strategic plan to increase customer retention, reduce churn rate, and maximize the lifetime value of our customers through our website.
- Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate customer behavior, identify patterns, and assess the effectiveness of retention efforts. Continuously monitor customer retention metrics and provide regular reports and recommendations to optimize the website.
- Implement retention initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Support, to develop and execute retention initiatives that enhance the customer experience and drive customer loyalty.
- Optimize the customer journey: Identify pain points and areas for improvement in the customer journey. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, reduce friction, and increase overall customer retention.
- Analyze customer data, segment customer groups, and develop actionable insights. Leverage this information to tailor retention strategies to specific customer segments.
- Drive experimentation and optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant experience.
- 3-5 years managing an e-commerce/SEO environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a MUST. This is an ONSITE (M-F) role.
- Direct experience setting up and managing platforms, preferably within an e-commerce environment for major resellers such as Amazon, Walmart, etc. .
- Proficiency in using analytics tools and understanding of relevant metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively to develop and implement effective retention strategies. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at a time.
