    Description

    The Fountain Group is a national staffing firm and we are hiring a Manufacturing Technician III­­­­­­­­ for a prominent client of ours. This position is in ­Worcester, MA Details for the position are as follows:

    Job Description:

    1. $28 - $30.80/hour depending on shift.
    2. 4-week training period.
    3. Meticulously documenting processes in corresponding batch records and log sheets, adhering to cGMP and established Standard Operating Procedures.
    4. Collaborating with our team to determine innovative process methods and procedures, actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our operations.
    5. Demonstrating a strong commitment to safety by diligently wearing personal protective equipment, such as gowning, safety glasses, gloves, and safety shoes.
    6. Occasionally going above and beyond by working overtime to meet project deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
    7. Managing inventory levels and actively participating in the shipping of finished materials.
    8. Conducting sampling and performing in-process analytical testing to guarantee product quality and integrity.
    9. Skillfully preparing equipment for operation, including cleaning and sterilization processes (CIP/SIP).

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's Degree in a science discipline with 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred.
    2. Knowledge of cGMP operations is preferable.
    3. The ability to exercise considerable judgment and initiative, as you'll be working on assignments that require critical decision-making.
    4. The capability to determine appropriate methods and procedures when faced with new assignments, showcasing your adaptability and problem-solving skills.
    5. Strong written and verbal skills, enabling effective communication.
    6. The ability to read written instructions and/or numbers at close and far ranges.
    7. Comfortable working with a computer or tablet for 50-60% of scheduled work time.
    8. The ability to thrive in a manufacturing environment with a constant sound level of 75 decibels, which is comparable to the sound of a washing machine. Occasional use of hearing protection may be required to ensure your well-being.
    9. Work with your team to transport/move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs., with support from appropriate safety equipment.
