Fraud and Risk Detection Specialist (Night Shift)

Responsibilities:
Participate in validation
checks and assess suppliers and bookings
Handle inbound and outbound
calls and emails to assist customers
Resolve issues arising from
validation checks and provide concise feedback to customers
Analyze information and make
efficient determinations about the legitimacy of suppliers and bookings

Qualifications:
Prior experience in any related field;
Customer Service or Research Environment is a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Office Software
Exceptional attention to detail &
high-quality research skills
