    Overview :

    The HR Operations Analyst is responsible for the administration of the employee-lifecycle with a specific focus on employee on-boarding and off-boarding. The HR Operations Analyst will maintain data integrity through data audits and periodic review and will provide technical and administrative support to HR and internal clients. The incumbent will assist with automation and other projects related to employee processing, benefits administration and payroll.

    Position is based out of Knipper Health's Lakewood, New Jersey Office

    Responsibilities:
    • Manage employee on-boarding and off-boarding administrative processes: offer letters, background checks, and on-boarding forms, separation letters, etc.
    • Provide support and maintenance for all HR systems (ADP, ICIMS, LaborSoft, etc.).
    • Assist with system upgrades, training, data entry, file uploads, report creation, etc.
    • Coordinate compliance requirements such as federal and state postings, random drug screening, etc.
    • Assist with payroll preparation and vendor invoice reconciliations.
    • Assist with HR and Benefit events (i.e. Open enrollment, Annual Flu clinic, etc.)
    • Monitor and respond to Departmental email boxes.

    Qualifications:

    MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    Education/Training: Bachelors degree and minimum of 3 years of HR Operations experience or combination of education and HR Operations experience.

    • Working knowledge of all human resources functions, processes, and inter-dependencies.
    • Experience maintaining HRIS, ATS required (ADP and ICIMS preferred)
    • Proficiency with Excel (Pivot Tables, V-lookup, charts), Word (Mail merge), Power-Point Presentations
    • Report writing, Data Analysis experience required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Professionalism, good judgment, trustworthiness, and discretion in handling confidential information is mandatory.
