    Description

    Technical Source is currently in search of a Calibration Technician for our pharmaceutical manufacturing client located in Durham, NC. The qualified candidate will have experience calibrating and performing preventative maintenance on process equipment and lab instrumentation used in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

    Responsibilities of the Metrologist Technician include:

    • Calibrate and perform preventative maintenance on process equipment and lab instrumentation to ensure GMP/GLP compliance (Bioreactors, Incubators, autoclaves, pH conductivity meters, steam baths, cryo-freezer, etc)
    • Working knowledge of plant equipment and systems
    • Document all work and data into CMMS system per standard operating procedures

    Qualifications of the Metrologist Technician include:

    • 3+ years of calibration experience
    • Experience in calibrating process and lab instrumentation including temp. pressure, weight, balance, pH, etc.
    • Understanding of CMMS software

    Compensation for the Meteorologist Technician includes:

    • $65,000 – $85,000 based on experience and fit
    • Full benefits, medical, dental and vision
    • No Corp to Corp or Visa sponsorships currently
