    Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) BU Med Surg – Full Time – Nights

    Texas Health HEB - Bedford BU Med Surgl Department is looking for a top skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse. Is that you?

    Work location:
    Texas Health HEB 1600 Hospital Parkway TX 76022

    Work hours:
    Full Time – Nights – 36 hr work week. (7 PM to 7 AM)

    Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Hurst-Euless-Bedford is a 296-bed, acute-care facility serving Northeast Tarrant County since 1973.

    With more than 550 physicians on its medical staff, hospital services include outpatient surgery, women's services, a Level III neonatal intensive care unit, a dedicated oncology unit and cardiac rehabilitation.

    Texas Health HEB recently received a dual accreditation as a Cycle IV Chest Pain Center and Heart Failure Center by the Society of Chest Pain Centers, is certified as a Primary Stroke Center and a designated "Baby Friendly" facility by WHO and UNICEF.

    Education Other Graduate of an accredited vocational nursing program Req Experience 6 Months in an acute care hospital setting or completion of THR residency program Req Licenses and Certifications LVN - Licensed Vocational Nurse Upon Hire Req And

    BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Req And


    CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually 90 Days Req Skills A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
