    Responsibilities:

    As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for:

    • Providing ongoing professional development services for staff members.
    • Conducting comprehensive new employee orientation and coordinating competency completion.
    • Delivering annual mandatory and continuous education for staff, adhering to state and federal regulations and company policies.
    • Teaching inhouse courses such as the CNA training program and special care unit training.
    • Coordinating the employee health program, including immunizations, flu shots, and physical exams.
    • Monitoring and ensuring current licensure and certifications of facility staff.
