Description
Our client in the construction sector is seeking a Senior Manager of M&A Integration - this is a newly created position
You will report to the Director of Finance and you will coordinate seamless integration processes with the deal, dilligence, and accounting teams. Additionally, you'll onboard each new acquisition onto the finance tech stack, coordinate audits and related financial disclosures for transactions, and continually improve the onboarding process.
Note: This position will be in-office in Charlotte, NC 3 days per week.
