    Project Manager


    Project Summary:

    We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our dynamic team in a hybrid role based in Chicago, IL, and Richardson, TX.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for successfully managing and delivering strategic implementation projects while driving problem resolution and influencing/leading process improvement.

    Responsible for end-to-end management of implementation project delivery with strong emphasis on project management, process, and product knowledge.

    Responsible for leading process documentation efforts matrixing across multiple departments/teams and assimilating information into a formal playbook of desk-level procedures & functionality.

    Involved in all aspects of implementation on a day-to-day basis including stakeholder meetings and discussions, leading topics and guiding decision making with our partners.


    Responsibilities:
    Lead all activities of the account, product and legislative implementation.

    Implementation support includes, but not limited to, coordination of industry and client process change reviews/comments, tracking and monitoring of compliance implementation progress within sales operations, business case development for new implementations, meeting preparation and documentation, application of assessment and analysis results to implementation approaches and solutions, and process documentation development and review.

    Lead one-on-one and in group settings with departmental/inter-departmental team members to identify issues, gather data, brainstorm, prioritize, discuss analytic approach, and share findings.

    Leads the creation of the implementation scope and strategy, including creation of complex project plans and business plans as applicable.

    Manage projects and resources, form and maintain key partnerships with other/related client business areas.
    Implementation subject matter expert to internal and external customers.


    Required Qualification:
    Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or another related field and 5 years of experience in business or project management experience OR 9 years of experience in business or project management experiences
    Fortune 500, Consulting, or other applicable enterprise implementation experience.
    Knowledge of health care regulatory and legislative process, healthcare market and products and/or corporate operations.
    Knowledge of product, marketing, and sales.

    Location:
    Chicago, IL and Richardson, TX (3 days onsite a week in one of these locations)

    Salary Range:
    The salary for this position is between $80,000 – $100,000 annually.

    Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
