    Job Title: Branch Manager - Senior Role

    Company: Equity Union Real Estate

    Location: San Fernando Valley, CA - Full Time - In Person ONLY

    Equity Union is a very fast growing independent real estate company in Southern California, and is looking for a talented Branch Manager in the San Fernando Valley, CA. We are looking for a long-term leader able to work with many different personalities. The Branch Manager will be primarily focused on growing the company by recruiting real estate agents, managing office staff, and with building strong consultative relationships with the top agents in the office. The Branch Manager will be excellent at casting the company's vison and leading their team towards that vision while managing the achievement of critical milestones along the path to success. The successful Branch Manager will have high capacity in interpersonal relationships and will be an inspirational and effective oral and written communicator.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    The Branch Manager is a senior role within will be responsible for:

    • Recruiting and retaining high-performing agents
    • Conducting daily prospecting calls
    • Scheduling appointments with potential recruiter
    • Offering leadership, support, and guidance to our agents
    • Ensuring timely response to agents' inquiries
    • Addressing all calls and emails on the same day
    • Cultivate and manage relationships with agents
    • Actively participate in company-wide activities
    • Establish and maintain positive relationships
    • Perform other duties assigned
    • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Qualifications

    • Have in-depth, high level, proven growth and leadership capabilities
    • Ability to build powerful relationships and recruit effectively and consistently
    • Strong verbal leadership and communication skills and social poise
    • Proven ability to work in a collaborative team setting as well as drive work individually
    • Strategic planning
    • Proven organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $75, $90,000.00 per year

    Commission: Bonus structure based on production level
