    Our firm, a New York City-based owner, operator and developer of residential and mixed-use real estate, is seeking an Acquisitions Analyst who will work across strategies and asset classes.

    The candidate will be responsible for generating financial analysis; preparing investment memoranda and supporting transaction execution.

    Joining a nimble, entrepreneurial team, the analyst will have extensive exposure to and opportunities to work directly with the firm's Chief Investment Officer and other senior team members.

    The position provides opportunities to work on equity, debt and hybrid capital transactions with a deep roster of institutional investment partners.

    A successful candidate will demonstrate high character and work ethic, sincere curiosity and intellectual engagement with trends in real estate capital markets and a professional style oriented towards team play and high achievement.


    Responsibilities:

    Professional experience and comfort with other industry software products (Yardi, Bloomberg, etc) a plusTop-tier educational background and demonstrated educational achievementStrong written and verbal communication skills to successfully manage internal and external relationshipsMust be able to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks effectively, take on additional responsibility, and have strong attention to detailExperience in single-asset investments and underwriting, particularly value-add or development business plans, is a strong plusFamiliarity with the New York City real estate market is a strong plusCompensationSalary, bonus, and top benefitsSalary and bonus will be commensurate with experience.
