    RECRUITER | TALENT AQUISITION PARTNERJoin our Team as a Recruiter at Abraxas Youth & Family Services in the Chicagoland area In this RECRUITER role, you will plan, implement, and coordinate recruiting for one or more residential and community-based programs in multiple states including our Southwood Interventions programlocatedin Cook County onthe southside of Chicago and Woodridge Interventions program located in DuPage County.

    Regular travel between both locations is required.


    Salary Range:
    $50,000 to $60,000 Annually

    Full-timeIn this RECRUITER role, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for finding and attracting talented individuals to join our growing workforce


    You will:
    Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle from initial outreach, throughout their onboarding, to 45 days of hire.

    This includes sourcing active and passive candidates, screening qualified prospects, coordinating interviews, extending verbal and written offers, and following up with new employees after hire.

    Help develop an employer of choice employer brand by committing to consistent follow up with hiring managers and candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.

    Use sourcing and marketing tools including company database, Indeed Smart Souring, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc. to source and create qualified candidate pipelines.

    This role frequently interacts with all level contacts and has exposure to sensitive human resources information necessitating the use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment.

    Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesEstablishes working relationships and coordinates with facility and program leadership and Human Resources to identify recruitment needs, develop recruitment strategies and achieve required staffing levels.

    Manages multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    Acts in a proactive manner to understand the positions and finding the best qualified candidate for the job.

    Ensures recruiting efforts comply with company initial hiring policies and procedures and Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action (EEO/AA) policies and objectives.

    Facilitates interview activities by identifying candidates to be considered for positions, coordinating candidate interviews and collaborating with facility/program leadership on extending offers to qualified candidates.

    Maintains and updates online recruiting system in order to post, track, schedule, and process candidates and job requisitions. Retains records per company policy.
    Develops and maintains professional relationships with recruitment resources including colleges and universities, state offices, and community job boards.

    Creates and posts recruiting advertisements within budget guidelines for positions at appropriate resource locations including newspapers and job search websites.

    Schedules and attends job or career fairs with appropriate program staff in order to promote the company and identify potential applicants.


    Requirements:


    Proven work experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or RecruiterBachelors degree - highly preferred or prior experience in recruiting and/or salesAbility to focus in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

    Must possess strong organizational and follow-through skills to ensure tasks are complete. Strong attention to detail.
    Excellent computer skills and ability to pick up new software and technology quickly.
    Demonstrates excellent telephone interviewing skills.
    Ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently; seeking assistance immediately if needed.
    Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline.
    Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks.
    Experience with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems.
    Ability to gather data, consistently track metrics, and prepare reports.
