The NOC Manager is responsible for building leading and operating UberDisplays Network Operations Center NOC The NOC serves as the front line level 1 for service issues installation support and display commissioning while coordinating escalations to level 2 external service partners and level 3 UberDisplays service technicians This role ensures consistent high-quality support across the full customer lifecycle from installation commissioning through live operation ongoing service while maintaining clear ownership documentation communication Key Responsibilities- NOC operations leadership
