**Job Duties:**

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, youll be:

Preventative Maintenance and cleaning

Floor care

High Dusting

Emergency Response Services

General Cleaning Services

Painting

**Hourly Rate:** $17

**Shift:** Typical shift is 7a-5p but could vary depending on planned work.

**Requirements:**

You **must** be 18 years old

For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English

A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.

You must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation to get to work
