    Qualifications: 1. A master's degree or higher

    • A valid Ohio Administrative certificate/license to serve as an elementary principal
    • At least three years of exemplary teaching experience at the elementary level
    • At least three years of exemplary administrative experience at the elementary level
    • Good organizational skills
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Demonstrated leadership abilities
    • Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable

    Salary:
    $83, $120, Based on experience
