Travel & Logistics Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Travel & Logistics Coordinator to join our Restaurant Support Office (RSO) team.

Key Responsibilities

Book Travel Arrangements: Utilize our online travel system to book airfare, hotel, car rentals, and other travel-related expenses for Raising Cane's crew members, including managers in training (MIT), Growth team, centralized restaurant support, candidates, meetings & events (M&E), etc.
Vendor Partnerships: Collaborate with vendors to source hotels and venues, negotiate contracts, and ensure seamless execution of travel arrangements.
Traveler Support: Provide ongoing assistance to travelers, including resolving flight cancellations and delays, processing payments, and addressing any issues that may arise during their journey.
Emergency Support: Participate in our after-hours phone line, available nights and weekends, to address urgent travel-related matters.
Expense Reconciliation: Accurately reconcile all travel expenses to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Audit and Compliance: Conduct regular audits of internal travel systems to identify discrepancies or anomalies and report findings accordingly.

Requirements

Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accuracy, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions and with external vendors.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Flexibility: Willingness to work non-standard hours as required to meet business needs.
