Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a GN&C System Integration & Test Manager 3 . This position will be located in Roy, Utah and will support the Sentinel program .

This manager will lead a diverse team of Electrical, Mechanical, Simulation, and Software Engineers developing and using the GBSD Guidance and Aerospace Vehicle Element (AVE) Laboratories.

development of laboratory real-time, software-in-the-loop, and hardware-in-the-loop simulations and test equipment; The manager is also responsible for leading system integration and performance test planning and execution in the Guidance and AVE Laboratories and in Enhanced Ground Test (EGT).

This role requires the lead to perform both functional and program management responsibilities which includes staffing, career development, functional support to enable team success, cost account management, and scope ownership.

The individual will collaborate with Systems Engineering, GN&C Analysis & Algorithms, Guidance Computer, NIMS, Software, System Test, Command & Launch, and PBACM teams.

8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelors Degree; US Citizenship with an Active Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 6 years) with the ability to receive a Special Access Program (SAP) certification.

~ Minimum of 3 years in a formal lead / management position
~ US Citizenship with an Active Top-Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 6 years) with the ability to receive a Special Access Program (SAP) certification.
Knowledge of Agile approaches and Model-Based Engineering (MBE)
Experience with DOORS requirements management tool
Experience managing a multi-disciplinary team
Familiarity with aircraft or space guidance, navigation and control systems
Working knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles and application
Knowledge of configuration management best practices, scheduling, and cost estimation
