    Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

    Experience:


    • 18 months of role experience is required from last 12 months.


    • Must have at least 18 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months within the past 12 months.


    • 6 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

    Requirements:


    • Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required for submission).


    • This role may require floating to additional units and locations


    • Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.


    • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.


    • Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.


    • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program and no current placement allowed at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program.


    • 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program and no current placement allowed at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program.

    Additional Details:

    Required Skills/Experience: Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent full-time staff experience in the specialty applying to prior to having ever traveled.

    Required Credentials: PBDS Assessment is waived. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass

    1 Reference must be from the most recent place of employment.

    Government-Issued Photo ID required; Must carry while on assignment.

    Unit/Facility Details: Facility has a strict do not call policy.

    • AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.

    7 days maximum time off

    1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
