- Coordinate with the contracting organization's program office to enable timely problem resolution.
- Ensure proper alignment of staffing requirements.

Abacus Technology is seeking a Project Lead to act as the primary point of contact for the contractor, the product owner, and the contract officer and staff at Aberdeen Proving Ground. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications
10+ years experience in a project or technical management role. Bachelor's degree in a related field. Knowledge and experience implementing quality assurance processes for all projects to ensure equipment, systems, and software identified by the technical design specifications are properly configured and operated after deployment. Able to interact with customers and end users to identify and document requirements. Able to work as part of a team providing guidance and working collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders and customers. Adaptable, self-critical, good communications skills (oral and written), curious, with a strong desire to learn. Must be a US citizen and hold a current Top Secret clearance.
